Quality Assurance Practices Of Higher Education Institutions In China: Case Analysis

This case study described the quality assurance practices andthe challenges faced by Higher Education Institutions inGuangxi Province, China. The was carried out withtwelve (12) focal persons from each publicUniversity in Guangxi, These have beeninvolved practice of for at least threeyears. Moreover, findings reveal that Teaching QualityMonitoring Department takes charge planning theprograms, assisting colleges, and assessing monitoring ofprograms subjected accreditation teaching qualityassurance. However, part its are limitedinvolvement other professional institutions qualityassurance evaluation, overlapping duties, lack trainingamong staff, development teachingquality scheme is incomplete, utilization ofTeaching department inadequate.Implications recommendations were established toimprove results.
